Factory Elite is the competitive division of Talent Factory, home of our official Talent Factory Dance Company (TFDC).

Our mission is to build not only excellent dancers — but confident, resilient, and well-rounded young people who thrive both on and off the stage.

We offer elite training in Jazz, Hip Hop, Pom, Contemporary/Lyrical, Tap, Acro — all within a positive, supportive team culture anchored by our MindTrain - Performing Arts Track.

MindTrain is our signature mindset & leadership program — included for all Factory Elite dancers.

Through monthly mindset workshops, reflection journals, and team leadership training, dancers learn:

MindTrain helps dancers develop life skills that will serve them far beyond dance — and is a big part of what makes Factory Elite unique!

We welcome dancers ages 4 & up, divided into these teams:

• Little Stars (Minis): Ages 4–6

• Juniors: Ages 7–9

• Teens / Seniors: Ages 10+ / High School

Summer:
✅ Focus on Audition Prep Workshops + onboarding new dancers
✅ FREE summer Tap class for dancers NEW to Tap
✅ Choreography Camps in July

Fall (starting July 14):
✅ Required weekly Technique & Choreo (2x/week for Juniors & up)
✅ Tap (required for Juniors & up)
✅ Acro (required — held on Sundays in Fall)
✅ MindTrain (monthly workshop)
✅ Choreography Camps (occasional Saturdays)

Monthly Tuition:

Tuition includes:
✅ All required weekly training (Technique, Choreo, Tap, Acro, MindTrain)
✅ Gala performance
✅ 1+ FREE elective class (Musical Theatre, Voice/Acting, etc.)

👉 Monthly tuition is billed monthly (August–May).
👉 Additional fees (choreography, costumes, competition entry fees, coaching fees) are spread out on a clear schedule throughout the season — not all at once.
👉 Families will receive a full fee calendar at the Parent & Team Meeting.

No — but it is highly encouraged.

Audition Prep helps dancers learn choreography in advance and gives them extra confidence for auditions.

Yes — Tap and Acro are required parts of the Factory Elite training program.

Yes — all Factory Elite dancers are required to take:

✅ MindTrain (monthly)

PLUS: FREE elective classes (Musical Theatre, Voice/Acting, etc.) are included!

We offer a FREE summer Tap class on Fridays to help new tappers catch up and feel confident before the Fall season begins!

Specialty routines are by audition and coach invitation.

✅ Choreography fee covers setting the routine.
✅ Ongoing private lessons for cleaning are billed separately.

Yes — tuition is billed monthly, and we offer clear payment schedules for additional fees. We can also offer payment plans on larger fees if needed — just communicate with us!
