Factory Elite is the competitive division of Talent Factory: an elite, whole-child-focused dance company where dancers learn to compete with skill, integrity, and resilience.
Dancers in our Talent Factory Dance Company (TFDC) compete in Jazz, Hip Hop, Pom, Contemporary/Lyrical — and participate in our signature MindTrain - Performing Arts Track — making this one of the most balanced and positive comp programs in the region!

MEET YOUR COACHES
Miss Shea’Leigh → Accomplished dancer, choreographer, singer & theatre artist with a B.A. in Dance Education and a B.S. in Political Science. A passionate advocate for young artists and an experienced Praise & Worship leader, Shea’Leigh brings artistry, leadership, and heart to our program.
Miss Abby → 5-time collegiate national champion, former captain of the SFA dance team, All-American dancer, and Dancer for Dallas Mavericks ('24-'25). Abby brings elite technique and a championship mindset to our dancers.
Miss Makayla → Current 1st Lieutenant of the 9x National Champion Forney Highsteppers. National Champion soloist and ensemble performer with 13+ years of dance training. Makayla leads our Acro program and supports choreography and team leadership.
Miss Macie → Current Captain of the Forney Highsteppers and multi-time National Champion soloist and ensemble performer. An outstanding young leader, Macie assists across Acro, technique, and team rehearsals.

How Much Does IT Cost?
Monthly tuition = $135–$250 per month depending on team
Additional fees = competition & costume related, billed on a clear schedule
→ No surprise charges — families will receive a full fee calendar at the Parent & Team Meeting

💵 When Are These Fees Due?
We know that competitive dance is a financial commitment, and we want to make it as manageable as possible for families.
👉 Monthly tuition is billed monthly (August through May).
👉 Additional fees (choreography, costumes, competition entry fees, coaching fees) will be spread out on a clear schedule throughout the season, not all at once.
👉 Families will receive a full fee calendar at the Parent & Team Meeting so you can plan ahead.
👉 We also offer payment plans on larger fees when needed — just communicate with us!
